John Kerrigan

President and co-founder
With more than 10 years of experience in marketing, advertising and communications for some of the country's largest real estate developers, John brings a balanced approach to cak+associates. His flair for creativity, combined with his demand that clients' strategies be based on data analysis and clear results, allows cak+associates to offer sound Client Solutions™ tailored to each client’s unique business needs. John’s firm grasp of what businesses need enables cak+associates to deliver marketing and advertising strategies that are smart, creative and data-driven – strategies that lead to outstanding results for our clients. John's dedication to organizations that provide a vision for a better, more equal society keeps him at the forefront of advocacy for cak+associates’ clients. In fact, cak+associates donates a portion of its annual profit to groups that promote and advance that vision. John sits on the boards of the Human Rights Campaign and MexicArte Museum.
Ben Conrad
Director, Public Relations
Ben comes to cak+associates with more than seven years of experience overseeing strategic communication and comprehensive media relations campaigns on behalf of some of the world’s most innovative companies. An experienced strategist, Ben is passionate about helping companies find fresh and creative ways to tell their unique and often extraordinary stories. Ben’s extensive experience in both technology and corporate media relations, coupled with time spent managing clinical research marketing programs enables him to provide experience-based council on the most effective ways to fully integrate public relations, direct marketing and strategic advertising initiatives. Ben resides in Southwest Austin with his wife, Randi and their wild menagerie consisting of: Great Dane (Olivia) Chihuahua (Oscar) and Feline (Henry).
Meredith McKenney
Account Coordinator / Designer Supreme
Meredith brings a
new, fresh insight into our college niche market. She facilitates
agency-client communication and assists with design and strategy
development. In only 3 short years, Meredith graduated with an advertising
degree at The University of Texas at Austin in May 2006. During that time,
Meredith focused on creative advertising strategy and design. She served as
Art Director for a local student magazine and interned with publishing,
design, and entertainment companies. Meredith is now an experienced graphic
designer who also understands the importance of on-target, strategic
communication.
Meredith lives and breathes creativity and design both inside and outside of
cak+associates. She enjoys decorating, playing flute, traveling, and
dancing. She also admits she enjoys fonts a little too much, and spends
quite a bit of time building her typographic library on the weekends.
Sarah Chiu
Account Coordinator / Designer
Sarah graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design in May 2005. She possesses a creative mind with a foundation of communication design. One short-term goal is to expand her photography skills to add to the dynamic skills of the cak+associates team. In her spare time she enjoys music, traveling, volunteering, cooking, and sports.
